Unfortunately, Feed Validator can be a bit persnickety about small details, and it will show a feed as being invalid when the feed is actually fine.

Unless you're having some kind of other trouble with it, I'd say you're fine. The 'itunes:order' tag is a new addition and FeedValidator hasn't been updated to recognize it. The feed itself appears to be fine; however your podcast won't be accepted because your media file, which is hosted on Podomatic, is set to download. This prevents it from playing in the iTunes Store.
